The framework

The five postures of life under, over, from, for and with God come from Skye Jethani, With: Reimagining the Way You Relate to God (Thomas Nelson, 2011).

The church year

Season dates follow the Western church calendar. Advent begins on the fourth Sunday before Christmas, Easter follows the Western reckoning, and Christ the King is the last Sunday before Advent. Traditions differ on some details.
